I do ceramic wall tiling, and quarry floor tiling.
All materials supplied usually include: tile adhesive, grout, and silicone sealant where applicable, corner edging beads, bath or shower sealing strips.
I usually prefer the customer to select and order the tiles themselves, as this is usually more convenient than for me to supply them, although I will, of course, come to your house and measure up the area to be tiled, for you to order them.
Tiling above units or suite to finish off the complete look. (All tiles properly cut to shape complete with corner edging beads, and carefully sealed to the worktops or suite, with a flexible silicone sealant to stop water ingress).
I will also construct any pipe boxings required, prior to tiling them
